About Dave A Natural Bare Foot Farrier
Dave’s career began as a farrier in 1992, becoming certified at both state and national level in 1994. After attending a Natural Hoof Care Clinic in 2006 he joined the AANHCP, and began pulling all his clients shoes, and started a year- long training as a Natural Hoof Care
Professional.
Dave received his certification from Jaime Jackson of California in 2007. In 2009 Dave assisted Jamie Jackson in the first AANHCP two-week training “boot-camp”, which took place at Starfire Equestrian Center
in Celina, TX.
Dave is a Field Instructor for the AANHCP, and on occasion has been given the role of certifying other Hoof Care Practitioners in training.
Dave has successfully rehabbed foundered horses, some doomed to euthanasia, and relies on experience of feeding programs to help owners better care for their horses.
Dave is a Certified Distributor for Renegade Hoof Boots, and Easy Care Hoof Boots.
Dave currently services Denton, Aubrey, Pilot Point, Gainesville, Sherman, Anna, McKinney, Greenville and surrounding areas.
